Thanks for the answers! =) Morning staff I installed Windows 7 last night and this morning I discovered how to work the 5.1 sound on this card. If any of you knows how to contact Microsoft's team, please get me notice about it. But maybe, would be usefull if the Microsoft's developers team adds automatic compatibility (plug-and-play functionality) for them.

Well, in this situation I'd have to wait for the release of the new drivers for Windows 7. So, I'd go along with Candice, it's the manufacturers responsibility and you should contact them and ask when and update for Windows 7 will be available. However, they released an (or by now several actually) updated driver and that solved everything. What should I do? Anyone can help me to troubleshoot it? But, unfourtunately, the trouble is still there. I looked for the drivers' update on the official web page of the manufacturer but the only drivers they have avaible are the Windows Vista's, so I downloaded them.

And, in addition to that, the volume power of the speakers decreased significantly. (it's according the Windows 7 sound test over the configuration of a 5.1 speaker sound system). Windows recognizes my sound card, a Genius Sound Maker Value 5.1, but it sets it up wrong, recognizing the subwoofer as the front left speaker, the center and the front right speakers playing as the front right speaker and so on. Since then, every devices functioned properly except the audio system.
